We were thrilled to offer Plug-In Warmers in Canada this year. As you know, we redesigned the base to be fully compliant with the nationally recognized standards there. All plug-ins sold in Canada must continue to be ETL-approved. As of September 1, 2011, we officially moved to the ETL-approved design in all markets.

This left us with inventory of the plug-in design we originally sold in the U.S.

Starting October 10, U.S. Consultants and customers may purchase the non-ETL Plug-In Warmers at a 10% discount via our Close-Out section.

Because these designs are not ETL-approved, they cannot be sold in Canada. The design is fully compliant with U.S. standards. The Plug-In Warmers will be available at the discount while supplies last.
